Mi nombre es Adolfo y he realizado el curso de Barista en Instituto Español del Café en el año 2015. Desde entonces tengo cada día más curiosidad por conocer este mundo que tanto me apasiona, y mi sueño es abrir una cafetería de "speciality coffee". Para llegar a este objetivo he empezado a visitar las cafeterías de mi ciudad, Barcelona, y con este blog compartiré con vosotros mis experiencias.
